Free assessment of sports injuries

April 22, 2015

OSI is now offering a free Sport Triage Clinic to athletes of all ages.

Our certified athletic trainer, Lindsey Wesche, will provide a complete triage assessment of sports-related injuries at no charge at our Spokane office. Based on her findings, you will be given direction as to the next best plan for care. It’s that simple!

We recognize people would like a professional evaluation of their injury but don’t want to burden an Emergency Room or Urgent Care. We are here to help!

Lindsey is a physician extender for Dr. Thomas Halvorson, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist. She is also the coordinator of OSI's Athletic Training Room Clinic, which provides care for the injured student, recreational or competitive athlete. Her certification and training provide the best initial clinical assessment for athletes to help determine the best next step for injuries.

For those clubs, teams, organizations or schools that may not have access to a Certified Athletic Trainer this is the perfect option.

The process is simple:

Call our Spokane office at 509-747-5615 for an appointment OR use our Walk-in Clinic on Tuesday and Thursdays 1-4 p.m. Our office is located at 26 E. 5th Ave, Spokane. NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY.
